These terms apply to use of dykustore.com and online purchases from DYKU, operated by Pineshop Decor Private Limited.
Prices and taxes
Product prices displayed on the website are inclusive of GST unless the product page expressly states otherwise. Shipping or special handling may be charged separately and will be shown, calculated or quoted as applicable.
Orders and payment
Orders are subject to product availability, successful payment and acceptance by DYKU. Online payments are processed through Razorpay-supported methods. Cash on delivery is not offered unless DYKU expressly states otherwise.
Product information
DYKU aims to keep product names, photographs, colours, dimensions, finishes, stock and prices accurate. Screen settings, natural materials, photography and production batches can create reasonable visual variation. Contact us before ordering where an exact finish, dimension or application is critical.
Delivery
Delivery is governed by the Shipping & Delivery Policy and the availability shown for the customer’s pincode. Massage Office Chairs have separate India-wide delivery terms as shown on those product pages.
Custom furniture and project work
Custom furniture, hospitality projects and made-to-order work may be governed by a separate quotation, approved drawing/reference, proforma invoice, production timeline and payment terms. Where those written terms differ from these general website terms, the specific project/order terms apply.

DYKU branding, product photography, graphics, text and website content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where the law allows.
