Where we currently deliver online
For standard DYKU furniture and home products, online checkout delivery is currently available for Chennai, the rest of Tamil Nadu and Bengaluru. Enter your pincode on the product page to confirm availability and the applicable delivery charge.
For other Indian locations, contact DYKU on WhatsApp before ordering so our team can confirm whether the product can be delivered and provide a delivery quotation.
Massage Office Chairs
DYKU Massage Office Chair Lite and Pro are available for delivery across India. The displayed chair price includes GST and India delivery unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Dispatch timing
Products are shown as shipping within 7 days unless a different timeline is stated for that item or agreed with you for a made-to-order/custom project. Transit time after dispatch depends on the destination and delivery partner.
Delivery charges
For standard furniture, delivery is extra and the applicable charge is shown or calculated during checkout for supported locations. Large, custom or exceptional deliveries may require a separate quotation.
Tracking and delivery updates
You can use DYKU’s Track Order page with your order number and billing email to see the WooCommerce order status. Where a courier or transport tracking reference is available after dispatch, DYKU may send it separately by email, phone or WhatsApp.
